FIFA Club World Cup 2025 Kicks Off June 14 in the U.S.

MIAMI, FL — The United States is set to host the largest-ever FIFA Club World Cup from June 14 to July 13, 2025, featuring 32 of the world’s top football clubs competing for a record-breaking prize and global glory.
This revamped tournament format mirrors the national FIFA World Cup structure, with eight groups of four teams. The top two from each group will advance to the knockout stage, leading to the final at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.
Who’s Playing?
Top clubs from every continent are participating, including:
- Real Madrid, Manchester City, Chelsea, Bayern Munich, PSG
- Flamengo, River Plate, Al-Hilal, Al Ahly
- Inter Miami and Seattle Sounders are representing the U.S.
Inter Miami, led by global superstar Lionel Messi, will open the tournament against Al Ahly on June 14 at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami.
Other big matchups include:
- Manchester City vs. Wydad AC on June 18 in Philadelphia
- Chelsea vs. Flamengo, Real Madrid vs. Pachuca, and more
Prize & Broadcast
FIFA has allocated a massive $1 billion prize fund, with the winning club set to earn around $125 million. All 63 matches will stream free globally on DAZN, following a major broadcast deal funded by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund.
